When your QR Code is scanned, the system pulls up all your previously submitted resident details stored in the barangay database. If your QR Code is damaged or unreadable, you have two options: A. Self-service: Use your mobile phone to log in to the Barangay Resident Portal, then scan or enter your profile code manually to access and update your information. B. Assisted service: Visit the Barangay Hall and ask for help. Staff can retrieve your record manually and assist with renewing or issuing a replacement ID with a new QR Code.

Kung ang iyong QR Code ay sira o hindi mabasa, may dalawa kang opsyon:
A. Self-service: Gamitin ang iyong cellphone upang mag-login sa Barangay Resident Portal, pagkatapos ay i-scan o manu-manong ilagay ang iyong profile code upang ma-access at ma-update ang iyong impormasyon.
